Position Summary:

The Staff Accountant supports the Corporate Controller by executing timely and accurate month-end closing activities, preparing and submitting general ledger entries, and performing thorough account analyses and reconciliations. This role proactively identifies issues, recommends effective solutions, and ensures the

integrity of financial data through careful review and adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of accounting experience, Big 4 experience preferred
• Assist in preparation and filing of various regulatory and tax filings
• Assist in accounts payable coding, vouchering, and payment processes
• Assist in the corporate Treasury process
• Specifically, assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly cash
• reporting, assistance with data entry related to wire transactions, and ad

hoc requests as needed

Are You Our Next ACE?

• Experience working with ERP and consolidation tools, and experience with

collaborative, online tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Smartsheets) are a plus

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with multitasking

capabilities are a must

• Assists other members of the Finance team with projects as appropriate
• Willing to travel on a limited basis throughout the US and Northern Mexico

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $105,000 per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring
