We are situated in Southeast South Dakota: on the banks of the Missouri River and minutes from Lewis and Clark Lake where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreational activities.

What you:

will be doing: Ability to do repetitive tasks that require the use of various defined manufacturing procedures.

• Performs technical equipment set up.

Skill trained/

experience:

in manufacturing processes. Good hand/eye coordination

skills:

with or without the use of a microscope. May require the ability to use magnifying tools to see small items not clear to naked eye. Will require the use of precision measuring devices.

• Provides technical assistance manufacturing.

Ability to work with team of engineers or independently.

• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products.

Possess attention to detail

skills:

as it relates to technical manufacturing processes. Operates special equipment and facility systems (i.e. MES) Provides technical assistance regarding quality issues

• Participates in 5S LEAN initiatives and works to identify continuous improvements.
• Adheres to company Quality and Environmental Health & Safety
