The Supply team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. Due to quickly expanding volume, we are in need of a highly motivated and goal-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate. The primary emphasis of this position is receiving and general warehouse labor. Warehouse Receiving Associates will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and work closely with the forklift team, line restockers and the production team. The main warehouse is located on Ferguson Ln - but there may be travel to other local warehouses if the need arises.

What You'll Bring Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse. Push up to 60 pounds Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand all safety guidelines and job requirements

Experience working in a warehouse environment:

Forklift certification or experience using warehouse equipment Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities Reliability and strong teamwork skills under pressure What You’ll Do Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack, or forklift in a non-climate controlled environment

Stretch wrap and band pallets

• Perform material handling and rework

Cut wood for pallets as needed

• Assist with landscaping and yard maintenance as needed

Clean and maintain common warehouse areas Move, stage, and restock materials to support production Serve as flexible labor for pick/pack, parcel shipping, and freight shipping teams Travel to other local warehouses to support operations when required

• Report to Warehouse Supervisor with updates, issues, or process improvement ideas
