Description:
The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Management in the David W. Wilson College of Business seeks applications for a tenure‑track Assistant Professor in Business Analytics (BA) position, starting in August 2026. Primary teaching
responsibilities:
will be for courses in the Business Analytics major, emphasizing both foundational approaches to data analysis and decision‑making, and emerging topics in artificial intelligence (AI). Teaching assignments may include introductory courses, programming, business analytics, artificial intelligence, and related subjects at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Ph.D. or DBA, in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution, or be near completion by the time employment required.
Required Qualifications:
Record of excellence in teaching with evidence of a student-focused approach; interest in teaching courses in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence; the ability to produce peer-reviewed publishable research that provides insights into issues critical for decision-makers; strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal
skills:
