What you:
will do Ensure that all law enforcement requests are analyzed and processed in compliance with applicable law, our Terms of Service, and our law enforcement guidelines, upholding operational excellence via high quality, speed, and documentation accuracy.
- Work with and foster relationships with a valued network of law enforcement, external partners, and investigators.
Work on a global and cross-functional team to ensure safety and mitigate legal risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Legal and Operations to deal with issues concerning safety, privacy, and data disclosure.
- Participate in trial appearances as Turo’s Custodian of Record, which may require some travel.
Your profile Familiarity with law enforcement and various forms of legal orders such as search warrants, subpoenas, court orders, and production orders Excellent communication and interpersonal
