What You:

’ll Do Engage children in meaningful interactions that support development Step into classrooms to support Assistant Teachers during breaks or absences Help maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and routine Communicate respectfully and professionally with teachers, leadership, and families Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Model a supportive and flexible team-oriented attitude Follow all policies, procedures, and licensing regulations Assist in maintaining child-to-staff ratios and completing classroom tasks ✅

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of

experience:

working with children ages 6 weeks – 5 years (preferred) Passion for early childhood

education:

and a joyful, caring attitude Meets all Minnesota state licensing

for early childhood staff Reliable and professional with consistent attendance Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members Maintains composure and professionalism when addressing stressful situations or unexpected challenges Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Infant and Young Toddler Teachers must be able to safely lift infants in and out of cribs and perform other caregiving duties Remains alert and engaged while supervising children at all times Meets all background check and fingerprinting
