    As a Live Event Broadcast Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing complex technical systems and coordinating seamlessly with teams to deliver exceptional live programming. This position offers an exciting

    opportunity:

    to work with cutting-edge broadcast technology while playing a vital role in bringing live events to viewers nationwide.

    WHAT YOU:

    'LL DO: Coordinate with other engineers and master control; provide guidance for the execution of master control functions pertaining to live-event execution Coordinate with the master control supervisor to train operators in operational best practices, issue resolution, and recovery of live events Develop a deep knowledge of the operation's technical architecture and on-air systems Resolve issues quickly and effectively to prevent on-air discrepancies Manage the end-to-end execution of all live events, including preparation, in-event execution, and off-air adjustments Actively participate in the operation's change control procedures by approving and maintaining awareness of all on-air maintenance and by managing critical components of maintenance operating procedures Assume transmission

    responsibilities:

    WHAT YOU:

    'LL NEED: Associate's degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent years of
