Job Title: Cath Lab In-Service Specialist Location: El Paso, TX | Horizon City, TX | Socorro, TX | Canutillo, TX | Sunland Park, NM Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

• Schedule: Part-Time | PRN | Flexible (self-managed schedule)

Pay: $50–$75/hour + mileage reimbursement or daily stipend Overview A national medical device company is seeking experienced Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology professionals to provide clinical in-servicing, education, and product integration support for vascular access devices across key hospitals in the El Paso area.

This part-time, field-based opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to engage directly with procedural teams. You will manage your own schedule and respond to in-service and training requests from facilities in your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site education and in-servicing for catheter-based vascular devices
• Support product implementation through case demonstrations and procedural guidance
• Train clinical staff during onboarding and account launches

Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities within your area

• Track service activity and provide clinical insights as needed

Requirements:

Required:

Experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or vascular access settings:

Active clinical licensure or certification (RN, RCIS, RT(R), CVT, etc.) Strong communication and clinical instruction skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel across the El Paso metro and surrounding cities Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Preferred:

Prior experience with in-servicing or clinical education for medical devices Familiarity with DVT, PE, and catheter-directed thrombolysis
