II) Job Summary

• Assist production workers by performing multiple duties throughout the facility (housekeeping, quality inspecting, etc.)

III) Major Job Responsibilities/Duties

Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits

Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators

Inspects materials and sorts items or materials into piles or places in bins or barrels according to type, size, condition, coloring, marking or other characteristics

Load and unload items from machines, conveyors and conveyances

Clean and lubricate equipment

Sweeps and shovels residual waste from process

• Perform other duties as assigned

Must be able to work outside under extreme temperature conditions. (Heat, cold, snow etc.) Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
