    , expectations and needs Daily inspection of all assigned locations for Safety and Health Standards Supervise and train ambassadors Prepare and track daily reports such as Prep Calculators and Waste Logs Address concerns and resolve problems Plan, assign and direct work Order and maintain product and supplies Create and update ambassador weekly schedules Contact maintenance as necessary to maintain proper operation of all equipment and facility Maintain repair log and control labor cost Cover Culinary Department Duty Manager shifts as needed Carry out supervisory

    responsibilities:

    in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems Assist other locations and areas throughout the park as needed Other duties assigned What it Takes to Succeed: A passion for customer service Flexible, detail oriented and customer focused Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management

    Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities Intermediate F&B and theme park knowledge Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs Exceptional supervisory abilities What Else is Important: High school diploma or equivalent Three or more years of management

    experience:

    in a high-volume food and beverage establishment

    Experience:

    in a theme park environment preferred F&B safety certifications, including ServSafe Manager required within first 6 (six) months of hire Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing) Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.

    Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes Possession of a knowledge of computer programs and databases including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; Knowledge of MMS preferred Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities The perks of the position: Paid Time Off Complimentary Park Tickets and Passes Park Discounts on Food and Merchandise Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement plan Voluntary Insurance Life Insurance Disability
