The Basics Location: Based in KC metro area or in central/western IL. There will be regular travel to other Bartlett locations in the Midwest and on the East Coast Compensation: $70,000/yr and up Days/Hours: This will be a day shift job but you may work late or on weekends as needed Software used: Microsoft Office programs, messaging apps

What you’ll be doing:
- Perform job tasks in compliance with Bartlett safety programs and procedures
Achieve and maintain the General Certified Crop Advisor Certification
- Work with producers to analyze current agronomic practices and knowledgeably provide recommendations for improvement that best align with their operation
- Document and upload agronomic data into certified third-party quantification online platforms
- Report on sustainable outcomes to all levels of management and external Customers, while providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Help with other program responsibilities as necessary
Requirements to be successful in this position:
Willing to travel to our Midwest and East Coast locations and work with producers Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science or closely related field Two to three years’ experience with a certified agronomic retailer Knowledgeable of computer operations; able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong analytical skillset
Capable of writing and orally presenting reports to all levels of management internally and external Customers
Here are some of the physical requirements for this role:
This job will require both office and field work Field work will require travel and engagement with producers at their operations and will involve all types of weather and temperature environments, along with exposure to noise and dust. This job is not physically strenuous. You must be able to sit at a desk and be able to utilize computers and calculators
