Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
- Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing E‑Commerce team, with a primary focus on managing and expanding our Amazon.com [//Amazon.com] and Retailer.com [//Retailer.com] businesses. In this fast‑paced, high‑visibility role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and report to the Senior Director of E‑Commerce Sales to drive growth, optimize performance, and execute best‑in‑class digital strategies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Optimize and grow assigned digital accounts, with a primary focus on Amazon and Retailer.com [//Retailer.com]
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Amazon Vendor Managers and SVS partners
- Partner with the content team to deliver best‑in‑class PDPs and ensure accurate, timely NIS submissions
- Analyze Amazon’s digital shelf, category trends, and competitive landscape to identify gaps, assortment opportunities, and areas to improve share
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with forecasting, merchandising, and marketing teams to achieve shipment and financial goals
- Partner with retail sales teams to maximize top‑line shipments and drive increased product penetration
- Communicate retail trends, performance updates, challenges, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the execution and timeline management of all client projects, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery
- Manage day‑to‑day client communication and service-related inquiries
- Support daily call‑outs, project monitoring, and issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Work closely with sales leadership to develop and maintain best practices that support customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Oversee top‑line shipments for key merchandise categories within assigned account structures
- Develop assortment recommendations aligned with financial objectives in partnership with business planning
- Build deep product knowledge across all key merchandising categories
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed and aligned with the scope of the role
Education/License Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
General Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a strong understanding of core retail math concepts
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, professional, dependable, and results‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and action‑oriented
- Strong relationship‑building skills; collaborative team player who works well cross‑functionally
- Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑through and execution skills
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Retailer.com
- Familiar with Digital Marketing
