The Coach Supervisor is responsible for supervision of the on snow coaching staff, campers, and daily operation of camp. The Woodward Copper Summer Action Sports Snow Coach Supervisor will be responsible in assisting coaches in overseeing each group of campers and tending to their unique needs. They will have

The Action Sports Snow Coach Supervisor will assist the coaches to ensure smooth daily transitions. The Action Sports Snow Coach Supervisor will communicate with the Counselor Supervisor, Office Supervisor, as well as the campers, coaches and medical staff when necessary, to ensure any physical and psychological needs are attended; e.g., daily medications, challenges during instruction or room.
They will convey important communication to the Office Supervisor, as well as coaches/day Counselor Supervisor and medical staff, when necessary, to ensure campers needs are foreseen, understood, and dealt with appropriately, (e.g., homesickness, peer challenges). They will be responsible for all on snow activities and work with terrain park crew to ensure the best build for progression and safety.
The Action Sports Snow Coach Supervisor will also be responsible for safety when there is inclement weather. They will be an Integral part of all-around camp life. They will be responsible for knowing where the coaches are at any time during their shifts. They will be responsible for monitoring larger groups of campers during mealtimes or other times as deemed necessary by the Operations Manager.
The Action Sports Snow Coach Supervisor will schedule and train the Coaching staff as needed for assistance with camper recreation. Days and hours may vary but will include weekends and holidays. Good written and oral communication

May assist with Woodward Copper related on mountain duties which include but are not limited to digging/raking snow or assisting Mountain Operations in maintaining fencing and signage. Attend weekly operational meetings and is prepared to discuss current operations, labor issues, training issues, and any other pertinent information to Woodward Copper.
