    POSITION SPECIFICS Penn State University is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer. This is a critical role within the Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management (ECRM) program team who is implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs and strategic goals of our institution. Penn State is building an Enterprise Constituent Relationship Management program using the Salesforce.com platform.

    ECRM will help to manage our relationships and constituent information, so we can continue to grow as a University alongside all of the members of the Penn State community.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, install, implement, maintain, and support the Salesforce platform and associated integrations and/or applications Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,

    Cloud, and other platform features to meet the business needs Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues promptly Ensure data quality and integrity across all integration processes Document and maintain code, processes, test plans, detailed workflow charts, and diagrams that describe input, output and logical operation Convey complex technical concepts, issues, and considerations to people with differing levels of technical knowledge Manage releases, updates, and new features in the Salesforce platform Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data integration and Salesforce development Analyze business

    Expert knowledge of Salesforce products and the data model, architecture and security

    Experience:
