Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Road Warrior Job Shift: Any Job Category: Construction On Top Roofing, a leading roofing company in Park City, Utah with a strong reputation for quality and excellence is currently seeking a reliable Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team.

The Maintenance & Repair Technician is responsible for executing high-quality maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work on residential and commercial roofing systems. This includes both reactive service calls and scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Ideal candidates are experienced roofers with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, tile, TPO, and other roofing systems

Diagnose leaks and roofing issues accurately and efficiently Complete scheduled maintenance (cleaning gutters, sealing penetrations, minor flashing repairs, etc.) Respond to urgent service requests and storm damage reports

• Document work performed using company software and apps (photos, notes, materials used)
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams

Work safely at heights and follow all company and OSHA safety protocols

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and job site
• Provide feedback to the office or estimators regarding roof condition or upsell opportunities

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Skills Strong understanding of common residential and commercial roofing systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair leaks quickly and thoroughly Ability to lift 75 lbs Able to work in various weather conditions Comfortable with heights and physically demanding tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and steep-slope roofs Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Education and/or experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on roofing experience (repairs and maintenance preferred)
