We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Player Services Attendant.
Under the supervision of the Player Services Manager, the Player Services Attendant assists guests in all Oaklawn Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with the Company’s Core Values.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and Oaklawn policies and procedures.
Serve as ambassadors for OJC, maintaining the highest standard in guest service, teamwork, courtesy and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Introduces the Oaklawn Rewards Tiered Card to new players, replaces lost cards for our guests. Accurately enters new guest accounts and makes updates to accounts when necessary. Promotes Oaklawn Rewards App, encourages guests to download and assists with download as needed.
- Builds relationships with guests to drive Oaklawn Rewards sign-ups along with email capture.
- Ensures initial guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
Displays friendly, positive demeanor while collecting information to grow the Oaklawn Rewards database. Keeps guest information secure and verifies accuracy.
- Provides guests with accurate information
about:
the Oaklawn Rewards program, property and promotions offered.
- Ensures integrity of promotions Reviews player ratings and assists with troubleshooting issues Batches, counts, and assigns control tickets to incoming promotional data.
Greets guests as a company representative and provides information concerning specific functions.
- Assists in coordination of special promotional events.
Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains accurate records, banks and inventory control records.
- Assists at Marketing Promotions events by greeting and checking in guests, issuing prizes and other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Promotes fun, friendly, positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service Maintain strict confidentiality of players' information and all OJC procedures Promotes and adheres to Oaklawn's Core Values Ensures cleanliness of assigned area, reporting issues to supervisor Calmly, tactfully and professionally handle guest complaints and concerns, assisting resolution whenever possible, directing to supervisor when not able to assist Maintains an attitude & philosophy consistent with the company Core Values and Standards of Behavior with internal & external guests QUALIFICATION
