You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.Responsibilities:Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of production in both remotely and in studioOccasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard SubmissionAbility to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnelAssist in reconciling the remote event’s budget in partnership with the onsite Production ManagerResponsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting eventsCoordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logisticsProvide support with administrative duties as neededQualificationsBasic Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field; or equivalent work experienceDesired Characteristics:Basic knowledge of sports productionInterest in the Operations side of Sports BroadcastingMinimum two (2) years’ experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facilityAbility to adhere to tight deadlines, communicate clearly and be able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environmentWorking knowledge of Excel and SmartsheetsExcellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.Collaborative and team orientedAdditional Requirements:Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.comWillingness to work overtime, and on nights and weekends as needed (flexibility in broadcast environment is imperative)Must be willing to physically work out of our Broadcast Facility in Stamford CTMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years or olderHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
