About the Role:
As a hauler, you’ll help transport large loads, remove debris from job sites, and assist with deliveries of bulky items or equipment. Job types vary by region and may include:
Renovation or construction debris removal
Junk hauling and large donation pickups
Bulk delivery of gravel, appliances, or yard waste
Commercial and residential cleanup jobs

Requirements:
18 years of age or older
At least 1 year of experience in hauling, moving, construction, or logistics
Able to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs+), with or without assistance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable dump truck (2008 or newer) with a 12’+ bed preferred
Equipped with essential safety gear (e.g., tarp, tie-down straps)
Required tools: Ratchet straps, gloves, safety equipment
Valid U.S. driver’s license and vehicle insurance
Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Willingness to complete a background screening
Required Documents:
U.S. Driver’s License Proof of Insurance
Pay Range:
$30–$50+/hr depending on job type, load size, and region 100% of tips + performance bonuses
