    Description:

    The Director of Foundation Services and Annual Giving provides strategic leadership in three key areas – fiscal administration, annual giving fundraising, and CRM – crafting donor-centered fundraising strategies and communications through analytical and creative thinking to strengthen donor engagement and advance the mission of North Hennepin Community College.

    Fiscal Administration – Manages day-to-day financial operations in partnership with the Accounting & Fees department.

    Responsibilities:

    include donation and expense processing, fund tracking (endowment and restricted funds), budgeting, expense analysis, monthly reconciliation, and serving as the primary contact for the Foundation’s annual audit. Fundraising – Develops and implements a comprehensive annual giving plan to acquire, retain, and increase donor support.

    Crafts compelling, donor-centered written fundraising appeals and communications to inspire generosity from alumni, employees, and friends of the college. CRM – Oversees the Foundation’s customer relationship management platform (Raiser’s Edge NXT), ensuring accurate donor records and data integrity.

    • Leads data analysis and reporting to support fundraising strategy, donor communications, and engagement efforts.

    This position plays a critical role in sustaining the Foundation’s ability to support students, programs, and campus priorities.     One year fundraising
