    What You:

    'll Do: As a Client Account Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization by selling back into Shield Screening and related brands’ customer base, promoting, and adding new solutions to their existing stack of tools by building strong relationships with existing clients within the Employment space.

    Additionally, you will help guide our current efforts to help drive customer retention and upselling wins. Stepping into this role you will be empowered to cultivate the identity and culture of Shield Screening, while becoming a key leader within our Employment division.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships within Shield Screening’s base of existing clients to drive revenue growth and client retention Effectively communicating the value and

    of our comprehensive portfolio of solutions, with a focus on cross-selling additional products, migrations, and managing the entire sales cycle Prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, ensuring they align with our product offerings Managing the end-to-end upselling process, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction Presenting and selling new products to existing clients, effectively demonstrating the value and

    of our offerings Maintaining accurate prospect and sales information and cadences in Salesforce and Salesloft Developing and maintaining product knowledge to become an industry expert Working with the Director of Client Success and Relationship Managers to build a Client Advisory Board (CAB) and other new, innovative Client-centric programs

    Who You Are:

    We are looking for competitive, driven, and decisive individuals passionate

    about:

    corporate background screening, drug testing and other employment services and their delivery to corporations and small businesses. Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes: Passion for learning new things. Strong integrity and commitment to servant leadership.     in SaaS sales within a business-to-business environment or related fields. Professional self-presentation

    with “cold-calling” or phone-based prospect outreach is preferred.

    working quickly and making rapid yet high-quality decisions.

    • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets.

    Competent in listening and learning from diverse people and building relationships on the fly.
