    We are currently hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Service & Repair Depot at Brooklyn Park, MN site. In this role, you will provide engineering support for the service and repair depot team dedicated to the analysis, repair, and replacement of medical devices. This position focuses on optimizing repair processes, ensuring compliance, and providing technical expertise to meet operational goals and customer satisfaction.

    • Designs service processes, procedures and layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.

    Works closely with OU Operations, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturers to ensure service parts are available for repair Designs sequence of operations or specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.

    • Provide engineering expertise and working with technicians on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the medical devices.

    Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality, optimize line uptime, and ensure business continuity.

    • Analyze repair data, including defect rates, turnaround times, and service costs, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
    • Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification
