Gate Transportation Clerk

Job Overview Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Gate Transportation Clerk to support our customer, GE Appliances, inside Appliance Park. As a Gate Transportation Clerk, you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound drivers at Appliance Park. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

What to expect as a Gate Transportation Clerk:

• Process inbound/outbound drivers through TrackX/ CICS

Verify SCAC, trailer numbers and correct paperwork are provided at time of arrival. Verify Bill of Lading matches physical trailer upon departure of Appliance Park. Verify trailer accuracy by performing lot checks in a company vehicle.

Qualifications:

Experience working in team-oriented environment.:

Transportation or warehouse experience preferred.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent judgment and decision making Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Application Software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to work in various weather conditions.
