    Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing food, providing exceptional customer service, stocking, and rotating merchandise, following safety regulations, and performing various administrative and cleaning tasks. Working as a Catering Team Member is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, food preparation, decision-making, and problem-solving

    Responsibilities:

    Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer

    experience:

    Serve large groups of guests by assisting with buffet style service Prepare food through correct product specifications and procedures Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area.

    • Participate in the setup and breakdown of catered events Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
    • Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor.

    Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities Provide support to other park Food & Beverage departments during the operating season, as needed All other duties assigned by leadership.
