Some of What You’ll do:

• Handle accounts payable for multiple entities

Match purchase orders to invoice to validate accuracy of price Secure proper approvals from appropriate department manager Post intercompany transactions and allocations Code invoices to the correct GL account Issues payments on invoices Reconcile statements from vendor

• Communicate with vendors via phone or email

Interact with managers across multiple dealerships

• Update and reconcile month end accounting schedules
• Assist with projects in other areas of the business office

What we are looking for:

Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge required 3-7 years AP experience in fast paced work environment, required

Experience with accounting for multiple divisions and entities:

Automotive experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Excellent customer service skills Professional work ethic and high integrity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem solving and follow up skills Galpin Benefits
