Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations. Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines. Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
