Executive Assistant Job Description Full-Time in Onalaska, WI Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support in person to the President of Schools. This is an on-site role based at the More Than Just Great Dancing offices in Onalaska, WI. The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing complex calendars and confidential information, and skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President of Schools as a trusted partner.
- Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and prepare materials.
- Coordinate travel, lodging, itineraries, and track related expenses.
- Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
Attend meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up. Triage and manage incoming communications on behalf of the President.
- Support special projects, events, trainings, and cross-company initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
About You:
3–5 years of executive or senior administrative support; experience supporting a President, VP, or C-suite preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Proven ability to manage complex calendars, priorities, and fast-moving demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration/project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills across all levels. Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of anticipating executive needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Executive Assistant role will be full-time, in person in Onalaska, WI, and with a salary range of $48,000 - $52,000 per year. Individuals in this role will be eligible for PTO in accordance with Ensemble policies. Ensemble offers Health, Vision, & Dental benefits to all full-time employees, and all employees are eligible for a 401K with employer match after 90 days of employment.
