We have an exciting seasonal job opportunity as CAMP CANTEEN TEEN CAMP COUNSELOR for Summer 2026! Join a team dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers ages 11-13. Counselors work with small groups, benefit from low camper-to-staff ratios, and utilize excellent indoor and outdoor spaces to deliver well-planned activities. Counselors will help lead swim days at our outdoor pools twice a week, support weekly field trips, and contribute to a positive camp experience from start to finish.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: As Counselor, you will be responsible to supervise, instruct, and engage camp participants. You will develop and prepare class materials and lesson plans and set up/take down equipment.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Some high school education. Must be at least 16 years old by May 15, 2026
WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
Attend camp training May 26 - May 29. Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm from June 1 to August 7.
WHAT YOU’LL GET:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $16.00-$18.00/hour depending on experience. This position falls under Pay Grade E with a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00.
