Requirements and Perks!:

Required Skills:

Must have experience working with kids of all ages Problem Solver Self-Starter Excellent Interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and planning skills Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service Ability to complete assigned tasks by deadlines Ability to perform job duties with limited supervision/direction after training has been completed.

Must produce a high quality of product/work and remain focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions. First Aid and CPR/AED certification (Child, Infant and Adult)

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk for extended periods of time Walk up and down 4 flights of stairs at a time Spend up to 6 hours outside in direct sunlight Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Able to swim with the children for 45 minutes/day
