Pay Rate: $16.39 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (20 hours per week; schedule may vary based on program needs and coverage)
Easterseals Florida is seeking a responsible, courteous, and service-driven Van Driver to support our Palm Bay Adult Day Training program. In this role, you will safely transport program participants between their homes and our center, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for every passenger.

What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate program vehicles and strictly adhere to all motor vehicle laws, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times
- Conduct and document required pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report any safety concerns or vehicle maintenance needs to your supervisor
Treat all passengers with dignity, respect, and exceptional customer service
- Assist with additional pick-ups and/or drop-offs as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles
Complete and submit daily attendance and mileage logs accurately
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED At least six months of related experience Strong customer service and communication skills Minimum age of 21 (required to operate company vehicles) Ability to meet Easterseals Florida’s approved driver qualifications, including a good driving history Flexibility to adjust hours as needed for program coverage
