Shape content for key engagement moments and coach business leads on program and project delivery. Insights & Innovation: Bring deep understanding of industry dynamics, market conditions, emerging technologies, and macro trends to inform prioritization and decision-making. Use advanced analytical thinking to frame problems, develop hypotheses, and recommend innovative solutions.

Proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies across capability portfolios; surface insights that accelerate outcomes and mitigate risks.

    • Leadership: Oversee execution of the capability portfolio: manage cross-functional programs and projects—or coach business leads managing delivery—to ensure measurable results.

Foster innovation and collaboration, building highly engaged, cross-functional teams that challenge orthodoxies and adopt new approaches. Act as a strategic thought partner; build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders to enable consensus and shared goals.

    • Demonstrate mastery of project/program management disciplines; hold self and teams accountable, embracing lessons from setbacks to improve future outcomes.
