What You:
Will Do Clinical & IVF Coordination: You Guide: Serve as the primary navigator for IVF patients, managing everything from baseline testing to embryo transfers with precision and empathy. You Educate: Empowers patients by teaching complex medication protocols, injection techniques, and procedure preparations.
You Coordinate: Manage the intricate logistics of PGT cycles, donor sperm integration, and genetic screenings, ensuring every "checkpoint" is met before a cycle begins. You Perform: Execute clinical procedures including IUIs, phlebotomy, and triage with expert clinical judgment. OR/PACU Excellence: You Circulate & Scrub: Maintain a sterile, high-functioning environment during retrievals and hysteroscopies in our Ambulatory Surgery Center.
You Admit and Recover: You monitor vital signs, complete pre‑operative assessments, provide patient instructions, and support anesthesia recovery, ensuring each patient wakes in a safe and compassionate environment. You Document: Maintain meticulous EMR records and narcotic counts, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Who You Are:
A Clinical Expert: You hold a current CT RN license and bring a minimum of 2-3 years of
experience:
