What You Will Do:
In this role, you will play an integral role as a Supervisor who is responsible for the oversight and leadership of one or more Team Leads in the overall day-to-day Production Line checks, Process management, Peer checking and execution of the assigned areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations within the assigned area of responsibility at the Center and ensure excellent performance that meets all requirements and standards.
- Coordinate and work with counterparts to achieve high levels of customer responsiveness and operational performance.
Directly supervise, coach and mentor Subject Matter Leads, and other staff members as assigned.
- Hire and manage a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contract.
- Provide timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support services.
- Ensures that the daily production reports and time sheets are completed and approved so that they accurately reflect the work that was performed at the Site.
- Ensures that the monthly production reports are reviewed and compared with the time sheets to ensure the number of hours match exactly.
- Conduct continuous improvement activities to realize improved service delivery capabilities and performance.
Promote innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Resolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.
Respond rapidly to surge requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staff.
- Participate in conference calls as required with. May be requested to provide formal and informal briefings.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Associate Degree and/or equivalent experience in records management Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience. Minimum one (1) year leading a large-scale operation of size, scope, and complexity like this requirement Excellent written and oral communication Superior demonstrated professional work ethic
Strong command of the English language both verbally and written Strong administrative and organizational skills Basic Computer Skills Strong interpersonal skills Basic understanding of geography Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and supervise Hourly subordinates
