Traffic Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Traffic Coordinator is the direct link between our creative team and our merchandising and marketing departments. This position establishes and maintains communication with all internal departments involved to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines. Our Traffic Coordinators monitor all stages of the process for digital projects, signage, flyers, ads, catalogs, and a variety of other projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Inputs new project files in the workflow management database.

• Reviews merchant/requester provided information for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinates revised information into workflow cycle upon receipt to production, photography, samples, design, and copywriters.
• Provides print specifications and deadlines.
• Coordinates proofs Oversees established procedures are followed.
• Communicate essential information to all appropriate individuals.

Serves as a back up to other traffickers ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
