Supervisor, Customization

Position Summary: The Customization Supervisor leads and develops a team of approximately 10 customization operators, overseeing daily embroidery and engraving operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and continuous process improvement while fostering a positive, high-accountability work environment.

This position will be require the candidate to be on site at the Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin Distribution Center. Essential Functions: People Leadership Provides regular performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed.

• Supports hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Provides continued upskilling and training to existing team members.
• Builds a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Monitors day-to-day operations in facility, including work volume and makes appropriate adjustments in real time to ensure orders are delivered by the marked in hands dates.

Learn or utilize multiple digital operations interfaces for customization, including but not limited to: Wilcom, CorelDraw, Ruby, Adobe Illustrator. Partners cross functionally with multiple business units including (but not limited to): IT to ensure all machines have appropriate software updates and troubleshoot machines when down.

Operations to provide feedback and information on customization options on items.

• Provides ongoing recommendations to process improvement within the facility and in regard to customization processes.
• Maintains a positive attitude and work environment.

Completes all necessary paperwork and accurately reports productivity metrics to leadership as requested.

• Ensures good housekeeping within facility, including all regularly scheduled machine maintenance.

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or related technical field
