Assembler Sign Shop

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Assembler to join our sign shop team. This position will float around the sign shop, working in multiple areas including faux paint finishing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under general supervision.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assemble various components of signs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to specifications.

• Perform faux paint finishing on signs, applying techniques to achieve desired visual effects.

Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the assembly and finishing processes.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in other areas of the sign shop as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new
