Arlington Properties is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to keep our communities clean, safe, and inviting. From beautiful landscaping to clear walkways, you'll help set the tone for resident satisfaction and first impressions.

What You’ll Do:
Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
- Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
- Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
- Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
- Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
- Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
- Adhere to all safety and company policies

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
