about:
this job: Supervises lift operators in the operation of the lifts in an assigned area.
- Maintains department and company standards with a high attention to detail.
- Conducts mid and end of season employee evaluations.
- Investigates / documents lift and employee incidents as required.
- Prepares necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicates relevant topics in daily morning meetings.
Requirements:
Must include a resume as part of your application. High school graduate or equivalent
experience:
One season in lift operations. Strong guest service
skills:
Effective communication
skills:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Strong writing
skills:
Must be flexible with weekly schedules and daily start times. Must be proficient in skiing / snowboarding in variable conditions.
