About:
the Position: Operate the Panorama/Village Gondola safely and efficiently under the supervision of the Gondola Manager.

- Oversee daily gondola operations, providing coaching and correction as needed.

- Develop new procedures and conduct weekly safety meetings.
- Assist with mid-season and final performance reviews.
