The Clerk is responsible for both guest facing and back of house food prep.

This position is for returning staff only. Essential Functions and Major

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers, offering exceptional guest service. Take customer food & drink orders with the ability to recommend products from the menu as well as the beverage selections.

• Create and produce outstanding food and unique deli items.

Stock, rotate and merchandise market items.

• Assisting with the tidying of tables and keeping the outlet areas clean and organized.

Ensuring kitchen and service utensils are properly prepared and / or cleaned at opening and closing to comply with health regulations. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays. Secondary

required- English reading, writing and communication.
